Daeron and Meira

I decided to redo this since the old version [link] while cute, was kinda flat and needed a bit more oomph. So I took the original lineart, touched it up a bit, completely recoloured, shaded, and added a lighter vignette. And I really like the outcome ^^

This took forever though- not as long as the one of Melly, Tony, and Mr. Anderson. I mean, Daeron's hair was a pain to colour but Tony's hair took AGES to do. Never. Again. >8|

But anyhoo, Daeron and Meira are mine so no stealing Since no one really knows much about these two, I'll give some quick (not really) descriptions. Only bother reading if you honestly want to know; they're not really necessary- I just like talking about my babies- I mean characters. *shifty eyes*



Daeron is somewhere between 18 and 20 years old. He has longish dark hair that he keeps pulled back in a ponytail but it hangs in his eyes (he's very self conscious of them), which are a rich reddish brown. He has tan skin from being outdoors a lot and he’s tall- somewhere around 6’2” He’s muscular but he doesn’t eat well, so he’s a bit on the scrawny side. He has a longer face, firm jaw, and a Roman nose. He likes wearing boots. As for his personality, he’s a bit on the bitter side- he’s essentially an outcast because of his dreams (or nightmares) of peoples' deaths, he dislikes pretty much everyone, doesn’t express his emotions very well but is actually a very sensitive person and surprisingly kind, even if he shows it in a gruff way. He’s easily annoyed, blushes when he’s embarrassed, and Meira in particular annoys him to no end. But, he cares very deeply for her- even if he’ll never admit it. He’s also ridiculously conservative because he was raised in a very formal household and everything from Meira's hair to her clothing to her personality is almost a complete opposite to how he was raised to believe a woman should behave. She's growing on him though

Meira's about seventeen years old but alternates between acting like an attention-deficit five year old or someone who’s seen far, far too much in her relatively short life. She has very long white blonde hair that swirls around her- as though she’s perpetually caught in a strong wind. Her legs seem strangely long in comparison to the rest of her and she's really quite pretty, despite her strange features. She’s always barefoot (even in winter), wears a short flowy dress and either an off the shoulder poncho, or a dress with off shoulder sleeves. Weather doesn’t seem to faze her- the only sign that it does is that she wears a light poncho when it's cold or rainy. And she’s never seen without her dream catcher necklace (not seen here lol)- it’s as much a part of her as anything else. She’s an carefree, silly, easily distracted, happy-go-lucky, affectionate, giggly flirt, but she’s intuitive and gentle and when she cares for someone, she loves them whole-heartedly and will do anything for them.
